A video camera will be snaked into your home's main drain line. This will be through a 3rd party professional plumber and may need to be scheduled on a different day. They will look for roots, bellying, intrusions, blockage, detached pipes, etc. You will get a detailed summary and video/photos.

The home inspector will place the Test unit in the lowest part of the property at the start of the inspection, and the results will be included when the inspection is complete. If the readings are high, further testing can be done by Utah Radon Services, which can also come before the due diligence date to give a second and more accurate opinion (free, property needs to be within 50 miles of Draper, UT, and the due diligence date needs to be about 10 days out to give them time).
